Velmorinzex is committed to providing high-quality tailoring and repair services. This Return Policy outlines our policy regarding returns, adjustments, and refunds for our services.
We strive to ensure that all tailoring and repair work meets your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the completed work, please contact us within 7 days of collecting your garment to discuss adjustments or corrections.
If the completed work does not meet the agreed specifications or if there is an error on our part, we will make adjustments at no additional charge. Please bring the garment back to our workshop within 7 days of collection for review and correction.
Once tailoring or repair work has been completed and collected, refunds are generally not available. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues through adjustments or corrections as described above.
If you cancel a service before work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund. If work has already started, refunds will be prorated based on the work completed, minus any materials costs incurred.
Deposits paid for custom work or large orders are non-refundable if you cancel after work has begun. If you cancel before work commences, deposits may be refunded at our discretion.

Garments that are not collected within 90 days of completion may be subject to storage fees or disposal. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before taking such action.
